MFA Executive Advisory is an owner-led family office, based in Dubai and Switzerland and working naturally across the UAE, Europe and beyond. Every mandate is handled personally. We work with few clients at a time, which means answers are fast, decisions are made quickly, and when you call, you speak directly to the person who is actually running your case.

At the core of the office is a Swiss Italian senior executive with decades of board and P&L responsibility in complex, multi-country organisations, alongside a counterpart who understands exactly what structures, moves and risks do to real people: to families, careers and reputations. Together, they hold both sides of the work—hard architecture (companies, governance, operations) and human architecture (trust, behaviour, daily reality).

They are multilingual and multicultural, used to operating in systems where a name, a signature or a single document can have consequences across several countries. Protecting reputations and identities is not a slogan in MFA Executive Advisory; it is lived experience, and the reason MFA exists.
